I. How can I clear my cache?

In Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More .
- Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
In Safari
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click the Tools menu in the upper right corner. Depending on your version of the browser, it will either be labeled "Tools" or will appear as an icon of a gear.
- In the drop-down menu, choose "Internet options."
- On the "General" tab, and in the "Browsing history" section, click the "Delete" button.
- At a minimum, make sure that "Temporary Internet Files and website files" and "Cookies and website data" are selected. Also consider clearing the checkbox for "Preserve Favorites website data."
- Then click "Delete."
- After a few moments, your cached data will be deleted and you can see if Internet Explorer's performance improves.
In Edge:
To clear history and cookies:
- To clear your history and cookies, go to:
Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data. Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information.
- To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to:
Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.
